You can still want him and stop giving away your peace to get him. Which part feels hardest right now, the wanting or the waiting? Comment POWER and I will send you the reset.

Two questions decide everything:
1. Do you believe the relationship you want is actually possible?
2. Do you feel worthy of it?
If either answer is no, you will sabotage every healthy connection and keep choosing the painful one, like a magnet facing the wrong way, repelling what you want.
That's what Breaking His Hold was built for: a 3-step reset to break the emotional addiction to the man keeping you stuck. $27. Comment HOLD and I'll send the link.

When I was a kid I devoured detective novels, and Encyclopedia Brown was my favorite. Every day now I do the same work with my clients: we follow the clues back and solve the mystery of why they keep choosing the same painful pattern.
My own mystery was a loyalty pattern I didn't know I had. I was more loyal to staying single than to ever letting love win. We traced it back, released it, and the pattern broke.
Your pattern isn't random. It's a mystery with clues, and the clues are in your past.
Here is a 60-second reset from what I teach my clients: tap the side of your hand and say, "Even though I keep choosing this same painful pattern, and I don't know why, I love and accept myself anyway." Repeat 3 times. Notice what shifts.
What is your pattern? The unavailable one? The hot-and-cold one? The one who needs "more time"? Name it in the comments. Detectives need data.

Fill in the blank.
The text I almost sent said ___________________
The response I would have gotten back would have been silence.
Or crumbs.
And I would have told myself it meant something.
You don't have to send it anymore. Just write it here instead, and leave it here.

Brain science explains why the worst guy feels like the best one. An unpredictable partner turns your brain's reward center on like a slot machine. Research shows obstacles can make the brain light up like an addict's.
That's why the steady guy feels "boring" and the hot-and-cold guy feels like love. Your nervous system learned excitement from inconsistency.
It can be unlearned. But first you have to name it.
Mistaken drama for chemistry? Comment "guilty."

"He will change."
"It will get better."
"No relationship is perfect."
Sound familiar? These are the lines we feed ourselves when the fear of being alone is louder than the fear of settling.
Have you ever caught yourself leaving things out when you tell your friends about him? Or heard your voice change when you say, "He's not usually like that"? Your mind can lie to you. Your body won't.
Pay attention to what your body does when you make excuses for him. That tension is information.

Here's what happened: he put her off for a week, told her to reach out after, took days to reply, said "work late" when he had a date, and offered exactly one evening, take it or leave it. And she asked me if she should call him, because she "really liked this one."
She barely knew him. She had fallen in love with the story she built from his dating profile.
Red flags are easy to spot in someone else's story. In your own, they feel like love.
Which red flag did you explain away this year? Tell me honestly in the comments. No judgment. We've all done it.

He put her off for a week and told her to reach out later.

Took days to reply.

Claimed he had to "work late"—when he actually had another date.

Then offered her exactly one evening: take it or leave it.

Sound familiar?

And she asked me if she should call him, because she "really liked this one."

She barely knew him. She had fallen in love with the story she built from his dating profile.
