Hello, friends! Please check the schedule in Zenplanner app or on the website for the holiday weekend.
Next week, Restorative is back, and Yin is back to every Sunday. Good Morning Vinyasa will be on Monday, Wednesday and Friday this fall, so Doreen can come (IYKYK).

Are you missing restorative? Well, don't! This Thursday, Jen has Core and Restore on the Calendar at 7:15 pm. Spend the first half building deep, functional core strength and stability. Then, completely switch gears- the second half of class is dedicated to deep, prop-supported restorative shapes to melt away tension in your lower back, hips, and mind. You'll leave feeling strong, centered, and deeply relaxed. This is a regular class, not an event.
