Practice Manager Position

We're hiring! 🌿 Crossroads Health & Cosmetic Center is looking for a Practice Manager to join our leadership team.

If you love keeping things organized, are comfortable with numbers, and want to be part of a team that genuinely cares, this could be your seat.

You'll keep the business side of our Goshen and LaGrange offices running: bookkeeping and financial reports, payroll and HR, licensing, supplies, and everyday tech.

We're looking for:
✔️ 3+ years of office management or business administration, including bookkeeping and payroll
✔️ At least 2 years in a medical, dental, or healthcare office
✔️ Strong organization and follow-through
