Friendly reminder: Help us protect our playgrounds!

Sertoma Park, NDAD Park, and Crary Park feature poured-in-place rubber safety surfacing designed to provide a cushioned, accessible area for play. To protect children at play and preserve this specialized surface, please follow these playground rules:

- Keep wheeled recreational equipment off the rubber surface: Bikes, scooters, skateboards, rollerblades, and motorized recreational devices can create conflicts with children at play and may cause unnecessary wear, gouges, or other physical damage. Please leave them outside the playground area.

- Use equipment as intended: Slide feet first, use climbing structures properly, and do not jump from elevated platforms.

- Choose safe clothing and footwear: Remove backpacks, jewelry, drawstrings, bike helmets, and other loose items that could become caught. Closed-toe shoes with good traction are recommended.

- Help protect the safety surface: Keep sharp objects, cleats, gum, oils, harsh chemicals, and open flames away from the playground surface.

November is right around the corner, and we’re getting ready to kick off our 2026 Cleaning Supply Drive through All Embracing Home Care Foundation! 🫧🧽

Our goal is to help the individuals we serve maintain clean, safe, comfortable homes, but we need YOUR help to make it happen! 🏡❤️

✨ How can you help?

🧴 Donate new, unopened cleaning supplies
🧹 Help stock up on everyday essentials like laundry detergent, dish soap, paper towels, trash bags, disinfectant wipes, and more!
💙 Make a monetary donation to help us purchase supplies for those in need.

We would LOVE to partner with businesses, organizations, and community groups who want to make a difference! Whether you’d like to host a collection box, organize a workplace donation drive, contribute supplies, or make a monetary donation, every bit of support helps us reach more individuals in our community.
