Greetings!

Most of us have had that feeling—a quiet inner nudge telling us to move toward

something, step away from something, or simply pay closer attention. But how do we know when we’re hearing our intuition and when we’re hearing fear? The two can feel surprisingly similar, especially when we’re facing change or uncertainty.

Intuition often feels calm, clear, and simple. It may not always tell us what we want to hear, but it usually doesn’t argue with us. Fear, on the other hand, tends to be louder. It repeats itself, imagines every possible outcome, and often leaves us feeling rushed, anxious, or stuck. One helpful question is: Does this feeling bring me clarity, or does it send me into a spiral? Sometimes giving yourself a little space before making a decision can make the difference much easier to recognize.

This month, try practicing with the small things. Sit quietly, pull a tarot or oracle card, meditate with a crystal, journal for a few minutes, or simply notice what your body is telling you before your mind begins explaining everything away. At Crescent Moon Spiritual Goods, we believe in the transformative power of healing and forgiveness, which is why we are excited to introduce you to the remarkable teachings of Dr. Hew Len and his work with Ho'oponopono. This ancient Hawaiian practice focuses on reconciliation, forgiveness, and personal responsibility, emphasizing the idea that we can influence our lives and the world around us through the energy we emit. By embracing Ho'oponopono, you can learn to release negative emotions and create a more positive and harmonious existence.

Dr. Hew Len claimed he helped transform the violent psychiatric ward without trying to fix the patients directly. Instead he practiced Ho'oponopono and took responsibility for what their pain stirred within him. He believed in connection and how we all need to take responsibility for each other. Over each patient's chart he would say "I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you." Within several months the ward closed as patients were able to heal and move to outpatient treatment.

It is a beautiful, inspiring story. Try it for yourself. Think of a health issue, relationship problem or anything you need help with or something someone else needs help with. Repeat the words: "I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you." Feel the power of the connection with these words with the universal energy. Do this several times a day. A septarian nodule egg—popularly called a "dragon egg" or "dragon stone"—is a naturally egg-shaped mineral concretion made of calcite, aragonite, and limestone, featuring a distinct cracked pattern that resembles dragon skin. Shine a black light inside and see it come alive!

Formed 50 to 160 million years ago in ancient sea beds when muddy sediment collected around a nucleus like a shell or fossil.
