As summer shifts into fall, many people notice that their bodies are asking for something different.
Digestion feels less predictable. Energy changes. Routines that worked a few months ago stop feeling supportive. And after a season filled with activity, travel, irregular meals, heat, and constant input, it can be difficult to know where to begin.
This is one reason Ayurveda places so much value on seasonal transitions.
From October 7–28, I’ll be guiding a small group through my three-week Ayurvedic seasonal detox—a structured return to simpler food, steadier daily rhythms, clearer digestion, and a little more space to notice what your body actually needs.
This is not a fast, cleanse, or punishment for what you’ve eaten. It is a supported process that includes:
• A personalized starting path
• Simple recipes and food guidance
• Weekly coaching calls
• Educational workshops
• Restorative yoga
• Community support
• Practical habits you can continue after the detox ends
Over the next couple of weeks, I’ll be sharing more about how the process works, who it is best suited for, and what makes an Ayurvedic detox different.
If you already know you’re interested, comment or message me with the word RESET, and I’ll send you the details as soon as enrollment opens.
You do not have to overhaul your life to begin feeling different. Sometimes the most meaningful change starts by making things simpler.
