Hi, I’m Jen.
If you’re looking for someone who has "figured it all out," I might disappoint you. But if you’re looking for someone who has walked through the fire, navigated the fog, and come out the other side with a map, a flashlight, and a really good sense of humor… you’re in the right place.
For over 30 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people in their most vulnerable moments. My journey began in the trenches of human services/ criminal justice systems, spending 25 years as an addiction counselor, educator, and facilitator specializing in women’s recovery. For 18 of those years, I ran a non-profit dedicated to community safety and support. I know what it looks like when life gets heavy. I know the "crunchy parts." I’ve been there.
But in 2015, something shifted. My spiritual gifts came online, and I realized that healing isn’t just about managing symptoms—it’s about transforming energy. Today, I blend my decades of clinical and community experience with my work as a psychic medium, consciousness coach, and practitioner of Access Bars, Conscious Wave Technique, Energetic Body Processes, Light Codes and Light Language.

I Speak Both Languages: I can hold space for your deepest spiritual awakenings and help you navigate the practical realities of daily life. I understand the nervous system because mine is a little messy too. I understand neurodivergence because I live it. We don’t have to pretend here.
Real Life, Real Love: I’m a wife of 31 years, a mom to two amazing adult children who still actually like hanging out with me (miracles do happen!), and a devoted dog mom. I’m a photographer, writer, and teacher. I’m not hiding in a cave; I’m right here in the mix, living the life I facilitate.
Light & Depth: Whether we’re working with Light Language to clear energetic blockages or using intuitive coaching to find clarity, my approach is rooted in unconditional love and radical authenticity. I’m here for the weird awakenings, the tough days, and the breakthroughs.
