Last month we enjoyed Reading Buddies, and this month Dee had the sweetest time reading to the 3rd graders from next door! 📚❤️ After story time, we continued the fun with some arts and crafts. Our friends made the cutest pumpkins using pipe cleaners and colorful beads! 🎃✨

It is always such a joy and an honor when we have our Friends Next Door from Juniper Ridge join us for fun, friendship, and special memories with our residents. 🥰

And the fun doesn’t stop here! We have Trick-or-Treating coming up, followed by even more adventures with our friends next door next month! 👻🎃

Our residents, their friends, and their families are always welcome to join in on the fun. We always have something happening, and we can’t wait for more adventures, more laughter, and more fun every day! 😁❤️

Tonight, Mesa View came alive with laughter, lederhosen, silly hats, big smiles, great food, and even bigger memories! From our amazing team dressing up and getting into the spirit, to residents, families, friends, visitors, and guests joining in the fun — we celebrated the very best part of Mesa View, OUR PEOPLE!
We laughed. We played. We dressed a little ridiculous. We made memories. Ah yes… we may have discovered that beer-goggle glasses make EVERYTHING more festive! 🍺🤣
At Mesa View, we believe home isn't just a place you live. Home is a place where you belong. A place where you can laugh until your cheeks hurt, celebrate together, welcome new faces, and make friends that feel like family. 🍦🎶 ICE CREAM, GOOD TIMES & GREAT MOVES! 😂❤️

We decided to combine all our photos and videos into one fun video so we could share the whole experience with everyone in one post! We truly hope you enjoy watching it as much as we enjoyed making these memories today! 🥰

A special shout-out to Rick, who absolutely stole the show with his dance moves in the background while the ice cream music was playing! 😂🕺 Great moves, sir! Thank you, Rick, for all your incredible work and for helping our Resident Engagement Director, Sarah, deliver ice cream door-to-door until transportation called you away! You truly are a man of many talents, and we appreciate everything you do for our residents and our community! 🙌❤️

This was such a fun experience, especially with the muggy weather outside today! We can't wait to do it again when it's REALLY HOT out! 🍦☀️ Haha!

A HUGE thank-you to everyone who participated, helped out, and made this little adventure such a success! These are the moments that make our community so special. It's not just about delivering ice cream; it's about sharing laughter, creating memories, and bringing smiles right to our residents' doors! 🥰

🚂❤️ **HERE WE ARE! ROUND 2 OF OUR TRAIN RIDE TO GLENWOOD SPRINGS!** ❤️🚂

Lunch Bunch Special, wonderful people, and another adventure aboard! 🥰🚂

We have truly turned this trip into a HUGE success, and after two amazing rounds filled with laughter, beautiful views, and unforgettable memories, I think it’s safe to say we’re ready to start thinking outside the box and planning even MORE adventures for our Independent Living community! 🌄❤️

At Mesa View, we believe life is meant to be lived, experiences are meant to be shared, and memories are meant to be made! Why not take our adventures beyond our four walls and explore a little more of this beautiful world together? 🗺️✨

👀🍬 The Final Touch-Ups for Mr. Thousand Eyes!

Our silly little ghoul got his very own personal note so he doesn’t seem quite so grouchy while waiting for his favorite thing… CANDY! 🤣🍭 Silly monster, he’s just a hungry little guy!

We do have some special visitors coming from next door to trick-or-treat with us, but just a friendly reminder to our Solstice family and friends — YOU ARE ALL WELCOME TO JOIN IN ON THE TRICK-OR-TREATING FUN, TOO! 🎃🧡

👀🍬 MEET OUR MESA VIEW CANDY MONSTER! 🍬👀

What a FUN craft! We built ourselves a Candy Monster, and now he’s standing proudly at the doors, welcoming everyone who comes in!

Mind you, he’s one hungry, hungry, bug-eyed monster, ready to devour any candy that comes his way! 😂🍭

Building our very own Mesa View Creature was an absolute BLAST! We laughed the entire time putting him together, sharing stories about when their kids used to go trick-or-treating. The memories, the storytelling, and the laughter that followed were absolutely CONTAGIOUS! 🥰🎃

One of our ladies came up with the name “The Thousand Eyes” 👀, and of course, we had to add a set of eyes to his belly! Because let's be honest… our eyes are ALWAYS bigger than our stomachs! 🤣🍬

It's amazing how something as simple as a craft can turn into an afternoon filled with creativity, laughter, storytelling, and beautiful memories.

It's not just about what we create with our hands; it's about the joy we create together. ❤️

Our Mesa View Monster is one-of-a-kind, just like the wonderful people who brought him to life! 🧡👻
