Distortions in the body’s magnetic field can occur when there's an underlying energetic imbalance—such as a trapped emotion—that disrupts the natural flow of energy. When the body’s magnetic field is out of alignment, it struggles to regulate and repair itself efficiently. Energy healing modalities like Reiki or Kinetic Energy Release can help identify and correct these imbalances, restoring harmony to the body’s energetic blueprint and allowing natural healing to take place more effectively.

Anxiety often isn’t just “random worry” — it can be the nervous system’s way of holding onto unprocessed trauma. Over time, it trains the nervous system to respond as if the threat is still happening, creating cycles of anxiety.
Using combined modalities, I can help you release the emotions you're holding that leave you anxious. Go to ToniReedy.com to schedule.

You don’t have to forget what happened. You don’t have to pretend it didn’t matter or that it didn’t change you.
Healing isn’t forgetting. It’s being able to remember without carrying the same pain, anger, fear, or resentment. You don’t have to forget it to move forward, but you do have to heal from it.

Kinetic Energy Release can help you release the emotional weight of the past—without erasing the lesson.

People pleasing is often a way of managing other people’s emotions, keeping the peace by sacrificing your own needs in the process. It might feel like kindness, but it’s really an attempt to control how others feel or react, which can lead to resentment and burnout. If you find yourself surrounded by people pleasers, ask yourself—are they really the problem, or is there something in you that benefits from them staying that way? Sometimes the real work is in examining why we’re comfortable letting others silence their own needs to keep us happy.
If you need work to find your true self, I offer Kinetic Energy Release, Reiki, and business and Personal consulting. I also offer intuitive, hybrid, and Akashic Records readings. Reach out for more info.

Putting your peace first is one of the most terrifying yet deeply loving acts of self-honor you can make. It requires courage. But choosing peace over chaos is a declaration that you are finally ready to stop betraying yourself for the comfort of others. It’s not selfish; it’s sacred. When you step away from toxicity and people pleasing, you make space for healing, clarity, and the kind of love that begins from within. It's a bold message that you are putting all bets on you.
If you need help healing so you can do this, let's talk. Send me a message.
