Quick question-- What are you reflecting?
Are you showing up totally as you.... do you know who that person is?
✨️✨️I know a few pathways to that empowerment & don't believe in keeping it secret.

You might notice me promoting other energy workers & coaches often. You might see me acknowledging petty, immature, or unprofessional, quickly, then just letting it rest. You might see me quietly curating my circle of friends whilst still speaking true positives about people who are so transparently trying to assert power. You might see me attending & supporting other businesses like mine, or even referring potential clients to other folx who might be a better fit for them.

WHY???

Why do I promote others? ✨️Honestly, because I feel empowered. Empowered sisters empower others. I am simply not in competition with anyone & truly believe there's enough for all of us & each of us holds our unique magic. We're here to help others step into their own truths.

Why do I address then rest? Why do I speak the good about those who only speak their assumptions? ✨️Basically, I've learned/ am learning. My energy is valuable currency-- I choose how it's spent. And I choose to learn these lessons. Not to repeat them.

Sure, I'm human filled with doubts, fears, & irritations &, yeah, I have a few people who I will share with & unburden with, but I will not broadcast or give voice to petty or bully behavior.... like ever. I didn't like that BS in middle school, sure as hell can't waste time with it in my 40's. This is part of my authenticity. This is my empowement.
I will seek & promote the beautiful things in this world.

I am a HD Reflector who has learned/keeps learning how to flow with that. I help others discover and see their reflection more clearly. Wrapping up current Embody ™️ sessions & opening a handful of spaces as we move into spring.

Reposting from April because it's time.

I've heard it said that, "convenience is morality's most cunning foe." And, phew, that Becky Chambers' quote hit me hard. I mean how often have I given into the allure of convenience, only to be left with less of me. Habitually & culturally, we are always seeking quick solutions -- truly a drive thru society. But, at what cost, friend?

Now, this awareness isn't to say that some of these conveniences aren't life enhancing. Take butter, for example. I love that I don't 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 make my own & that, if I choose to, I don't 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 spend hours churning. Conveniences like this are fricking amazing, right?! I am sure some resiliency and skills are lost, but overall these types of conveniences enhance my existence and time for soul work.

We have before us a push now for even more "convenience" -- AI. This so-called tool is replacing human interaction, personal research, and even truth at a startling rate. Even if we don't realize it, we all use it. And, without judgment for anyone who has found reprieve in trends or comfort in its convenience, I will candidly (& old-lady-esque) share that I simply don't care for it. I mean, we could talk at nauseum about the very serious implications to our Earth , to creatives, to governments, to cognition & dissonance. But, those are different topics for different times. Instead, I humbly ask again, 𝐵ut at what cost, friend?

While I'm sure that there are some spaces where AI is beyond helpful, 𝕀 𝕧𝕠𝕨 𝕥𝕠 𝕟𝕖𝕧𝕖𝕣 (𝕜𝕟𝕠𝕨𝕚𝕟𝕘𝕝𝕪) 𝕦𝕤𝕖 𝔸𝕀 𝕗𝕠𝕣 𝕒𝕟𝕪𝕥𝕙𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕣𝕖𝕝𝕒𝕥𝕖𝕕 𝕥𝕠 𝔹𝕝𝕦𝕖 ℂ𝕝𝕠𝕧𝕖𝕣 ℂ𝕠𝕥𝕥𝕒𝕘𝕖.
Not the programs, not the social media posts, not the workbooks.... nothing from me will be AI. That's right, folks, all the typos or weird punctuations are all me all of the time.

Healing journies, empowement & embodiment work just can't be duplicated by an emotionless, faceless data source. Soul work cannot be done without soul.

And, let's not kid ourselves, it's ALL soul work.

Phew!! It's been a busy few months & I have big gratitude for all the new & old clients, changes within the cottage, & changes within my body.

You might notice I post maybe once or twice a week these days... or, maybe, I've completely fallen out of your algorithm and you haven't noticed at all🤭. A couple weeks ago, a friend DID notice and asked if I was okay.

BABE! YES! I may have been shifting away from socials, but am busy teaching others the secrets to mindset training & manifestation with Empower™️, reintroducing them to their most authentic self with Embody, & helping folks shift the energies they carry with UpLvl ™️.

Maybe it's time for a reminder: that old, "if you don't post it, it didn't happen" is just that -- O L D

You are allowed to live for you without seeking an audience or providing data to be farmed. In other words, it's ok to not post. And it's ok to post. Find YOUR bliss, loves!
