"If an open enrollment form is sitting on your desk this month, this one's for you. 📝
The form asks you to predict a year of health spending. Most people guess. Guess low and you leave savings behind; guess high and you forfeit what's left.
Work backwards from the rhythm you'd actually keep:
Once a week → $1,548 a year
Twice a week → $2,028
Three or more → $2,388, a full year of Unlimited
Bought with after-tax salary, that last one would cost you about $3,411. Elected pre-tax, it costs $2,388. Same year, same suites.
Take the one matching your life, add the rest of your normal care spending, and you have your number.
Worth knowing: 2027 HSA limits are already official — $4,500 self-only, $9,000 family, plus $1,000 more at 55 and over. The 2027 FSA cap usually lands in October; we'll post it when it does.
And here's why this decision matters more than most. Electing for a membership rather than a handful of sessions means you've pre-decided to show up regularly next year — before January, before the resolution crowd, before motivation has anything to do with it. That's most of the battle.
Genuinely happy to sit down and run this with you before you submit.
