Progress can be hard to see, especially when pain keeps you up at night.

Pain and sleep feed each other: poor sleep can make pain feel worse, and pain makes it harder to sleep. If winter nights are getting rougher, that's worth bringing up at your next appointment, with us or your primary care provider.

Full Life looks at pain, sleep and mood together. Learn more at fulllife.center.

Ketamine therapy is one option some people explore when depression hasn't improved with other treatments.

At Full Life, ketamine is given as a monitored infusion by a licensed clinician, as part of a larger plan that may include counseling and medication management. It isn't right for everyone, results aren't guaranteed, and it starts with a careful evaluation of your health history.

If you'd like to know whether it could be an option for you, call (603) 309-3902, Monday to Thursday, or visit fulllife.center.

If you're in crisis or having thoughts of su***de, call or text 988 any time.

What is a stellate ganglion block (SGB)?

The stellate ganglion is a bundle of nerves in the neck that's part of the body's stress response. An SGB is an injection of local anesthetic near those nerves. Some people use it as one part of treatment for PTSD and anxiety symptoms, often alongside counseling.

It isn't right for everyone, and results vary from person to person. At your evaluation we'll go over whether it makes sense for you, along with the risks and other options.

Some days, showing up is enough.

Shorter days and colder mornings can make mood, energy and pain harder to manage for a lot of people. If this season feels heavier, you're not imagining it, and you're not alone in it.

If you're in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 any time, day or night.

That knot in your shoulder or neck that never quite lets go may be a trigger point.

Trigger points are tight bands in a muscle that can cause pain right where they are, or send it somewhere else, like a headache from a knot in your upper back. A trigger point injection places a small amount of medication directly into that spot to help the muscle release.

It isn't right for everyone, and it works best as part of a broader plan. We'll talk through it at your evaluation.

Your first visit at Full Life starts with a conversation, not a procedure.

We ask about your pain or mood, what you've already tried, and what you want to get back to. Then we talk through options together, including the ones that may not be a fit for you.

Most insurance plans require a referral before treatment, so it helps to ask your primary care provider first. Questions? Call (603) 309-3902, Monday to Thursday.
