I have been impressed by the amazing light pouring in from the higher realms, and how it knows where it wants to go within our being. It knows what our energy field requires, what our cells and crystalline DNA are asking for. But as with all things in the realms of the higher dimensions, we humans are given the gift of choice, and get to decide (consciously or unconsciously) what we are willing to receive.
And as we open to receive, the light is asking to be integrated and embodied.
So our invitation is to create the optimal conditions to integrate more light within the human energy field, and to allow these higher frequencies to settle in, to become grounded, embodied, and expressed through us.
I perceive the human energy field as having layers of structured and flowing light.
The 1st, 3rd, 5th, and 7th layers have a more structured quality. They create an energetic framework or architecture within the field.
The 2nd, 4th, and 6th layers have a more fluid quality. They allow light and energy to move, circulate, and flow through the structures.
When we consciously open ourselves to receive higher frequencies of light, we can create an intention for that light to weave itself into the structured layers of our field, strengthening and illuminating our energetic architecture while simultaneously allowing the flowing layers to carry that light throughout our being.
This is one reason I believe breath, sound, and movement can be such powerful allies right now.
Breath opens pathways and helps us receive.
Sound creates vibration and resonance, allowing stagnant or constricted energy to begin moving again.
Movement brings subtle energy into the physical body so that light isn’t simply something we experience spiritually—it becomes something we embody.
You might experiment with this yourself.
Take a slow, conscious breath and imagine yourself receiving light from above and around you. Rather than trying to force anything to happen, simply become receptive.
As you breathe, you might silently say:
I am open to receiving the light that is available to me.
May this light weave into and strengthen the highest architecture of my energy field.
May it flow through every layer of my being in a way that my body, heart, and soul can integrate.
Then allow a sound to emerge—a hum, tone, vowel, or even a gentle sigh. Let your body move naturally as you breathe and sound.
There is no need to “do it right.”
Simply open yourself to quiet and listen.
Feel.
Receive.
This is also at the heart of what I hold space for in my StarHeart Sound & Energy Healing sessions.
When I work with someone, I hold a sacred field of receptivity, a space where the higher dimensions, guides, and the person’s own soul wisdom participate in the process.
I am always in awe as I see the light flowing into the structure of each person's energy field and filling the matrix with such brilliant intelligence.
Through sound, vibration, intuitive perception, and energy work, we create an environment where the incoming light can be more deeply received, woven into the human energy field, and grounded into the body.
Sometimes integration feels expansive and radiant.
Sometimes it feels like rest.
Sometimes it brings emotions, memories, or old patterns to the surface so they can finally move.
And sometimes the greatest healing is simply learning that we don’t have to struggle to become more light-filled.
We can soften.
We can breathe.
We can listen.
We can allow.
Perhaps this is part of our invitation at this moment in our collective awakening:
Not simply to seek more light, but to become capable of holding more of it.
To let the light strengthen our inner architecture.
To let it flow through our emotional and energetic bodies.
And ultimately, to allow that light to become more fully embodied through the way we live, love, create, serve, and share our unique soul gifts.
