Back by popular demand! Join us for Botanical Threads - Slow Stitching Workshop as we weave together nature, creativity, and the threads of ourselves one stitch at a time. Through the quiet rhythm on slow stitching, we'll allow our hands to slow, our hearts to soften, and our roots to reconnect with the wisdom within.

We don’t have to burn everything down to begin again. Sometimes we simply need to clear the air. 🌬️

Sage has long been associated with cleansing, wisdom, protection, and the simple act of clearing what no longer serves.

Perhaps this is exactly what October asks of us. As the season turns, take a moment to pause and notice…

🍃What am I still carrying that I don’t need anymore?

🍃What thoughts have grown stale?

🍃What expectations were never really mine?

🍃What relationships, habits, stories, or versions of myself am I ready to gently release?

Sage reminds us that clearing doesn’t have to be harsh.

It can be as simple as opening a window and letting fresh air move through. We don’t clear because everything is wrong. We clear because there is something new making room to arrive.

Invite yourself to let Sage remind you:

🌱 You are allowed to make room.
🌿 You are allowed to release.
🍃 You are allowed to begin again.

🌿 Anise Hyssop reminds us…

The season is changing.
And we are changing with it.

Keep blooming where you are.
Give what you can.
Gather what has nourished you.
Release what has finished its work.

Some things are meant to be flowers.
Some are meant to become seeds.

Tonight, as light and dark meet in balance,
may we trust the turning.

Nothing is ending.
It is simply becoming something new. 💜

Happy Mabon. 🍂

Look for the glow in all. ☀️

This morning’s sunrise reminded me that it isn’t just found in the big, dramatic moments.

It’s in the everyday.
In the rising.
In the returning.
In the quiet moments and the in-between.
In the little reminders that light is still there, even when we can’t always see it.

Sometimes we just have to slow down enough to notice.

May we keep looking for the glow.
May we recognize it within ourselves, within one another, and all around us.

There is always a little light waiting to be found.

Something wonderful was made in the kitchen today… 🌿🍯

I made a batch of Thyme + Honey Facial Bars, and I’m pretty sure this little bar is one of my favorites.

I started by brewing thyme tea, then added honey, tamanu oil, castor oil, coconut oil, and witch hazel—simple, earthy ingredients that feel right at home in a little ritual of caring for our skin.

There’s something so satisfying about turning plants into something we can actually use. Taking what grows around us and giving it another life… another purpose.

It’s still curing, so it has a little time to rest before it’s ready.

But I couldn’t wait to share it with you. 🤎

Sometimes the sweetest things begin simply—with a handful of herbs, a little honey, and two willing hands.

I took these pictures tonight, wandering around the garden as the sun was getting low, and I just kept stopping to look at this beauty. 💗

My love-lies-bleeding amaranth is having a moment right now.

I planted it because I loved the name (of course I did 😂), but every year when it gets to this point, I fall in love with it all over again. Those long, deep pink blooms just spill and tumble everywhere, almost like they can’t contain themselves.

And tonight, with that soft evening light coming through the trees… I don’t know. It just felt really beautiful.

This is one of my favorite things about having a garden. It’s not always about what I’m growing or what I’m going to harvest or what I’m going to make with it.

Sometimes I just come out here and wander…

We aren’t visiting nature.

We are nature.

We are part of this same magnificent, messy, interconnected living system.

And maybe that’s why the garden feels like home.

Because it doesn’t ask me to be anything other than what I am.

It simply reminds me:

You belong here.
You always have.
You are part of the whole.
