Great Falls Physical Therapy is pleased to offer the 2025 Workshop Series for our community, continuing in March with the Arm Care Workshop: Do’s and Don’ts of managing your arm during the season on Saturday, March 15th at 2:00pm. Dr. Ryan Galvin, PT, DPT, ATC, CSCS will lead a workshop designed to assist players and coaches in navigating throwing injuries and the risk factors involved. Ryan will be talking through strategies for preseason, during season, and postseason, as well as discussing variables in throwing mechanics. All attendees will take home a home program designed for throwers to address common movement deficiencies.

Great Falls Physical Therapy is pleased to continue the 2025 Workshop Series for our community, partnering with Reflective Wellness for the Water & Wellness Workshop on Saturday, March 1st from 1-3pm. Led by Dr. Catherine Akbarieh, DDS, CHHC; she has planned an informative and interactive workshop providing insight to proper hydration, addressing some myths about alkaline water, and why drinking lots of water may not be enough.

Participants will learn and experience the difference between their water and Kangen water, ask questions, taste food that is made with higher quality water. Demonstrations and Discussion.

Great Falls Physical Therapy is pleased to offer the 2025 Workshop Series for our community, beginning with the Hand Therapy Workshop: Ergonomics and Adaptive Tools for the Painful Hand on Wednesday, February 19th at 6:00pm. Led by Dr. Tom Stormer, PT, DPT; he has planned an interactive workshop designed to empower individuals dealing with hand pain to reclaim comfort and function in their daily lives. This hands-on session will focus on the best practices in ergonomics and the use of adaptive tools to help alleviate discomfort and enhance your quality of life.

Participants will have the opportunity to explore a variety of tools, braces, and strategies for adapting their workspaces, household chores, and recreational activities. Whether you’re struggling with arthritis, repetitive strain injuries, or other conditions affecting your hands, this workshop will provide practical solutions tailored to your needs.

Plus, we've partnered with our Sponsor, Brightview Senior Living, to provide snacks and beverages for attendees!

Please join us at the upcoming 2024 Great Falls Health and Wellness Fair! November 16th from 11-3pm at Great Falls Elementary Gym. We have 24 vendors covering all ages and phases!

Plus the GF Fire Station will stop by 11-12noon for kiddos to check out the truck and receive a fun fire helmet!

AND Safeway Pharmacy will be on-site with both Flu and Covid vaccines - walkins and appts welcome!!

Lastly, we will have workshops and activity sessions for all to try - Yoga, Foam Rolling, BP and Senior Health Screening, Wheelchair Art, Muscle Assymetry Testing and more to be announced in the coming days!

This event is gaining awesome momentum and we would love for our community to stop by anytime / drop in on Nov 16 from 11-3pm!

It was an exciting night at the Ocean’s 24 Lift Me Up Gala on Saturday Night. We enjoyed showing support for such an amazing local program that provides therapeutic riding. It is amazing what they are able to do for their riders! And we won a few prizes!!!
