My daily stack for thriving in midlife 💊✨

Your body’s needs change, and your routine should too. Here’s what I take every day:

🌿 Multivitamin: my nutrition safety net for filling the gaps even a healthy diet can miss

⚡ Liquid B12: steady energy and sharper focus (absorption naturally dips as we age, so this one matters)

🐟 Omega-3s: support for brain, heart, and mood, plus less joint stiffness

☀️ D3 + K2: the dream team for strong bones, a resilient immune system, mood, and muscle strength; K2 helps guide calcium where it belongs

Small daily habits, big long-term payoff.

Which one’s already in your routine? Tell me below 👇

Always check with your healthcare provider before starting new supplements.

The way hormone changes show up for you may be completely different from how they show up for someone else.

Maybe you’re exhausted all day but wide awake at 3 a.m. Maybe you’ve noticed changes in your weight, mood, s*x drive, hair or skin. Your symptoms tell a story, and understanding that story starts with looking at the full picture.

I often think of it as putting together a puzzle. Depending on your needs, the pieces may include:

🌱 Hormone treatment when indicated
🌱 Vitamins and supplements based on lab results
🌱 Prioritizing sleep, nutrition and quality exercise
🌱 Looking beyond “normal” lab ranges to consider where symptoms and results may connect
🌱 Building a positive mindset and making your health a priority

Peptides and related therapies may also be part of the conversation. Some examples include:

• NAD+ to support cellular energy
• Sermorelin, combined with strength training, to support muscle development and body composition
• BPC-157, which is sometimes considered for exercise or injury recovery
• GHK-Cu to support healthy-looking skin and hair
• GLP-1 peptides to support appetite regulation and metabolic health

There is no single approach that works for every woman, which is why professional guidance and a personalized plan are so important.

My goal is to help women thrive through every stage of life by looking at the full picture and finding the combination of support that works best for them. 🩷

Peptides worth learning about 🧬

Peptides are chains of amino acids (think of them like small proteins), many of which are naturally found in the human body.

1️⃣ BPC-157
“BPC” stands for Body Protective Compound. It’s being explored for its potential role in tissue repair and gastrointestinal health.

2️⃣ GHK-Cu
Found naturally in the human body and sometimes called copper tripeptide. It has been explored for its potential effects on skin quality, signs of aging and hair growth.

3️⃣ Sermorelin
This peptide stimulates the body’s natural release of growth hormone and has been explored for its potential effects related to growth hormone levels and body composition.

✨ What we know about many peptides is still evolving, and there’s still a lot to learn about how they may be used.

Think of peptides as something to learn about and discuss as part of your overall health plan, rather than a quick fix.

🩺 Always talk with a knowledgeable healthcare provider who can help you understand the potential benefits, risks and whether a treatment is appropriate for you.

📌 Save this post and follow along for my upcoming peptide series where I’ll break down what they are, how they work and what to know.
