🚨TIP OF THE DAY by Romney Chiropractic 🚨

Grab a pool noodle and cut it to about the width of your upper back.

Place it vertically along your thoracic spine when you’re sitting on the couch, working at the computer, or sitting back in a chair.

The noodle gives your upper back a gentle cue into thoracic extension, helping bring the shoulders and scapulae back instead of letting everything round forward.

This can be a simple way to:
• Promote better sitting posture
• Reduce that rounded “hunched” position
• Encourage thoracic extension
• Open the chest and shoulders
