I love supporting people in seeing a different way.
I love getting to the root of the matter and creating change from that place.

Society tells us to bandaid most things or find a quick fix, but this doesn’t really address our concerns for long, and before we know it, we are looking at the same pattern in different form.

I have a passion for seeing who you really are, identifying patterns, finding a way forward, and taking action towards change.

This passion comes from my direct lived experience, deep healing through trauma and transformation work, over 25 years of holistic and metaphysical practices, 6 years of ceremonial work, and a 7 year background in ontological study.

Whether you join me for Sacred Skincare, Soul Sessions, Feminine Embodiment, Immersions, or Ceremony, I create spaces where you are held in love and with compassion.
Spaces where complete confidentiality is the only way.
Where continuity of care is the norm….so that you can relax, tune into yourself, and discover more of who you are.

Oh…and did I mention that working with me is fun?
I’m a whole bunch of fun!

Everyday I listen to the call of my Soul.

I follow my heart and my dreams.

The Goddess, wild woman, nomadic spirit that lives within me, guides me through this world.

That Spirit lives within Her too.
And I am grateful to call her my Mum.

Our relationship has always been both rich and complex; Mother Daughter relationships often are.

During this last week while she visited, I have been able to enjoy quiet conversations, joyful adventures, and time to remember that healing is always possible.

I honor the brave and courageous woman my mother is.
I honor her beautiful work as a Tribal Liaison and a wayshower.
I honor the poet and the dreamer she has always been.
I honor her magic.

In our own ways and along our unique paths we continue to clear ancestral trauma and create positive change in our worlds.

May we continue together and separately our journeys of liberation and freedom.

I love you, Mum.

It’s that time of year. ☕️🫖

It’s always a pleasure to be in the tea shoppe and I feel so honored to be asked back this year by popular demand.

This is one of my favorite ways to spend the day in community.

Tasseomancy or tea leaf reading is a form of divination that uses the patterns left by tea leaves in a cup to invite reflection, intuition, and symbolic interpretation.

If you are a woman grieving, outraged, sad, angry…

Get angry, enraged, sad…whatever it takes.

Feel your feelings, share your voice, come together, support each other.

There is so much to say, there are so many stories to share….sadly.

Lately I have been contemplating the beauty of beginnership.

Each morning we have the chance at Being in a state of beginnership. A place of learning.
We can choose to listen, breathe, and surrender to the mystery.
Again and again.

How magical is that?

Altar spaces have supported my practice of surrender over the last 10 years.
It’s here that I am with myself most fully, where I contemplate most deeply and where I can completely let go and trust that every moment is a chance to look at the world with fresh eyes.
I can take it all off at the altar and simply be in a state of beginnership again.
🙏🏻I am so grateful.🙏🏻

I like to remember that what we place at the altar will be altered. 🌈

A bridge between the seen and the unseen,
A way to the truth,
A return,
A remembering of who I am.

🌀This gathering explores what happens between feeling something, understanding it, and allowing it to integrate.
When what we feel, sense, and say begin to align, the body relaxes and things start to make more sense, within ourselves and in how we communicate with others.

🌀During our time together, you’ll be guided to notice subtle shifts in the body-shifts in breath, sensation, and awareness-that often appear when something meaningful is beginning to take shape,
We will create a space where awareness can land more fully in the body through language and somatics.

🌀If you’ve ever had an experience where you felt something deeply but couldn’t quite find the words for it, our channeled exploration may be just right for you.
