Do you love connecting with people and creating an exceptional experience from the moment someone walks through the door?

The DRIPBaR Greenville is looking for a Front Desk & Patient Experience Associate to join our growing team!

What you’ll do: • Welcome and check in patients
• Create a warm, professional experience for every guest
• Answer questions and educate patients about our services
• Schedule appointments and assist with patient follow-up
• Help patients find services that align with their wellness goals
• Support the day-to-day flow of the clinic
• Build genuine relationships with our patients and community

What we’re looking for: Someone who is personable, confident, organized, dependable, and genuinely enjoys helping people. Healthcare, hospitality, wellness, or customer-service experience is a plus!
