I started a publication on Substack, Burnout Recovery With Jessica Lee Reader.

Exploring burnout recovery through personal experience, professional insight, and the behind-the-scenes process of writing my first book.

I just published my first article, where I’m talking about perfectionism, paralysis by analysis, and giving myself permission to simply write.

You can read it here:

I give myself permission to write.

A long relaxing weekend can help lower stress, but it won’t fix burnout.

If you’ve taken time off only to log back on feeling just as exhausted, your body & capacity are running on empty.

Stress is a temporary spike. Burnout is a system breakdown. Recovering from burnout takes more than a vacation; it takes rebuilding your baseline.

Which one are you feeling right now? Drop STRESS or BURNOUT in the caption.

I’ve been a little quieter here lately because I’ve been in a state of deep reflection about my work, my focus, and where I can make the absolute highest impact.

You’re allowed to evolve, and I’m a firm believer in leaning into that growth.

Things are shifting, and in the best way possible.

For over 17 years, I’ve guided individuals and teams through holistic nutrition, health coaching, and yoga. Parallel to that work, I’ve been deeply involved in corporate wellness, which is a space where I’ve seen firsthand how burnout, high stress, and unsustainable demands drain dedicated professionals and leaders.

Now, I am officially shifting my primary focus toward Corporate Wellness Consulting & Health Coaching for Professionals, Executives & Teams.

My mission is to partner directly with organizations, leadership teams, and luxury venue partners to design high-impact wellness strategies, workshops, nervous system regulation, and retreats built for long-term resilience and performance.

🦋 Ways We Can Partner:

• Enterprise & Corporate Wellness Consulting: Designing sustainable high-performance strategies, leadership workshops, and wellness retreats for teams.

• 1:1 Professional & Executive Coaching:
In addition to corporate consulting, I reserve a limited number of private slots for professionals, high-performers, and leaders seeking 1:1 personalized health optimization, nervous system regulation, and nutrition strategy.

To everyone who has been part of my journey so far: thank you. I’m so excited for this next chapter and to bring a higher level of vitality, resilience, and low-friction wellness to the corporate landscape.

Here’s to evolving. 🥂

I was reflecting yesterday on the impact of AI in the workforce and what this rapid shift is doing to human connection and well-being.

The productivity gains of AI are real, but as we analyze human performance data, a major side effect is emerging.

A recent HR Executive article highlighted the “Cognitive Crunch.” As tasks automate, information velocity explodes. We context-switch faster, evaluate output constantly, and push our prefrontal cortex into overdrive.

The response from many companies? Solve digital overload with more digital tools. We’ve swapped micro-human touchpoints for prompt boxes, and replaced real executive support with wellness apps.

From a stress biology standpoint, an app cannot fix what automation is breaking. An app is just another screen demanding cognitive bandwidth.

An app cannot:
• Co-regulate an overwhelmed nervous system
• Build psychological safety in a leadership team
• Read the energy of a room under pressure
• Deliver true, empathetic accountability

AI and wellness platforms track metrics and optimize workflows. But human stamina, trust, and resilience require human facilitation.

If we use AI to accelerate the speed of work, we must be intentional about bringing expert human coaches into the room to sustain the people doing it. Tech clears the clutter, and human leadership builds the stamina.

How is your organization balancing the push for AI speed with the biological need for human stamina?
