🤫 TOTS alumni, we’ve been keeping something just for you…

If you’ve already completed TOTS Training®, you built a foundation that has helped shape how you evaluate, educate, collaborate, and approach TOTS in your practice.

But the training has evolved, too.

TOTS Training® Gold Edition gives previous attendees the opportunity to come back, get updated on how the training has grown, deepen their clinical reasoning, and build on the knowledge they already have.

And because you’ve trained with us before, you have access to an exclusive legacy member discount.

The important part? 👀
🚨 This is the final opportunity to use it.

The legacy discount will not be returning.
You’ve already invested in your foundation. Now is your chance to build on it, get current, and see what Gold adds to the way you approach the patients in front of you.

💻 2-day live online training

POV: you ask an SLP what’s on her mind. 😂

Is the tongue resting where it should?
What’s happening with their breathing?
Is that compensation actually telling me something?

Why is feeding harder than it should be?

And what about that ONE case I was thinking about at 11 PM last night?

Being an SLP means your clinical brain doesn’t always know when the workday is over.

But that curiosity is also what keeps us asking better questions, looking beyond the obvious, and connecting the dots between speech, feeding, breathing, and oral function.

Comment what's always on your mind if you can relate! 😅

Imagine being able to look at a difficult case and know what to investigate next.

To recognize when a compensation is getting in the way.

To understand why the exercise isn't carrying over.

To know when the barrier may require another professional.

And to make a referral because you understand why you're making it, not because you're out of ideas.

That’s the kind of clinical confidence we work toward in STONES Approach

🚨 Registration is almost closed for our October training. If you've been waiting, now is the time.

She wasn't afraid of helping patients.
She was afraid of becoming a practice owner.

Like many clinicians, she had the clinical skills. What she didn't have was a roadmap for everything that comes with opening a practice.

Through consulting, we helped her build the systems and confidence to move forward.

The result?

Less overwhelm. More clarity. And a practice built on purpose instead of guesswork.

If you've been dreaming about opening a practice but aren't sure where to start, you don't have to figure it out alone.

You’ve taken the courses. You know the exercises. But what do you do when the patient in front of you doesn’t follow the textbook? 👀

The STONES Approach is coming up this October, and it’s designed to help clinicians take what they know and apply it more confidently to the complex cases they actually see.

Go beyond simply knowing what exercise to use and strengthen the clinical reasoning behind why, when, and how you use it, including recognizing barriers, compensations, and when collaboration or referral may be needed.

If you’re ready to think more critically about your myofunctional therapy cases, this training is for you.

👉 Registration is open. Save your seat for STONES this October!

Hot take: A picture doesn't diagnose a tongue tie. 👀

Function does.

The best clinicians don't just ask:
"Do I see a frenulum?"

They ask:
"How is it impacting function?"

That's the difference.

Clenching and grinding are often blamed on stress.

But what if that’s only part of the picture?
For many people, these patterns are connected to how the body is functioning… not just how it’s feeling.

Breathing patterns, tongue posture, airway support, and sleep quality can all play a role in why the jaw stays active, even when you feel calm.
The body adapts in ways that aren’t always obvious.

If clenching or grinding keeps showing up, it may be worth looking beyond stress and into function.

Pacifier or thumb-sucking? 🤔

It's one of the most common questions parents ask, and the answer isn't always as simple as choosing one over the other.

Both can be helpful tools for soothing and self-regulation during infancy. But when these habits continue beyond infancy, they can begin to influence oral development, breathing patterns, feeding skills, speech development, and even dental growth.

In our latest blog, we break down the differences between pacifier use and thumb-sucking, what parents should watch for, and when it may be time to seek support.
