***working with this business***

I am that person - the customer is not always right!

I read all the receipts and if you claim we did something wrong, bring the receipts because I will not back down and will not just throw free things at you to keep you from giving us a bad review when you are wrong whether you missed your appointment or you don’t like our availability and pricing.

Shocking I know but!
It is okay to hold a bad customer accountable!

There is 1 reader.
There are 2 staff members.

If you abuse the girls when booking over what’s available or paying to hold your spot or you miss your appointment time and get sh*tty with them when you are told you have to pay- we give you are policies up front before you even book…you will NOT BE GETTING BOOKED and then I will enter the chat and I’m a real bitch sometimes - I’ve built this business and an impressive clientele over years and I stand firmly by my team and with my skills. I don’t mess around when it comes to my business or my team.

I will die on this hill!

It’s okay to stand up for your staff and business when a customer is completely wrong!
