Hi, I am Tina Shifflett from Vital Vibrations Energy Therapy offering Reiki sessions, Reiki Classes and Integrated Energy Therapy which is an Angelic healing technique. My journey began as a person who had a lot of unhealed childhood and teenage trauma that wasn't addressed and manifested as depression and anxiety for many, many years. I had a spiritual awakening late 1996/early 1997 which opened up my awareness about a different way of living life, closer to nature, chemical-free, natural and adopted a compassionate plant-based way of life.
I read tons of books on religions, studied esoteric knowledge, and spent years learning about Crystal healing, connecting with other realms, astrology, herbalism, and on and on...
In 2012, I had my first attunements to both Reiki and IET which kick started the next phase of healing myself.
This process took several years as my body released blockages on a cellular level and kept raising in frequency! Most of 2019 I was enrolled in a Yoga Teacher Training with Trish Reyburn at Bliss works Yoga School and also evolved my Reiki Mastership with Holy Fire Reiki with Heidi Schwer Waddell. When I was ignited into the Holy Fire, the energy of the Reiki felt like a warm weighted blanket for the Soul! Reiki works directly with with the nervous and chakra systems for balance, release and revitalization.
My yoga is service and I have two locations to see clients for Reiki Classes, sessions and IET treatments.
