Last night was so fun hanging with my biz budz while attending the Best on the Shoreline Awards Dinner.

I am grateful and humbled to have received 2nd place for massage therapy.

Thank you all for the nominations, the votes, the shares and best of all….the TRUST you have given me. I am so thankful to be thriving in this field after 11 years. I get to meet new people every week and help them feel better. What could be better than that?

“Feel it on the 1st”
We see this everywhere on the first of the month and I stand by it. I wasn’t doing regular breast exams on myself and happened to find a lump when I scratched my underboob after flinging my bra off after a long day.

Breast cancer is way too prevalent. Early detection is so important. One lucky scratch became a year and a half of treatment. I am so grateful to be here four years later. Our bodies are constantly changing, always keep them in check!
