8 hr Continue Eduction course for Massage Therapists. Learn Chair Massage techniques, focusing on saving your thumbs. Instructed by Sadie Hefel, with 10 years experience of teaching.

Certified Remo HealthRHYTHMS® facilitator Paulette Milewski will lead us in drumming, with over 25 years of experience. No experience necessary, drums provided.

✨You may be this many days old when you learned this life hack…

You can cook potatoes & squash right in your crock pot- NO need to poke holes in them, wrap in foil, or add water.

Just dump them in, set on low for 4-6 hrs & forget them… we do this often for a wholesome side dish for dinner & making extra to reheat later or make into fried potatoes for breakfast (my personal fav)
