Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a guided relaxation practice that invites the body into a deeply restful state while the mind remains gently aware. There’s nothing to perform or perfect—you simply get comfortable, close your eyes, and allow yourself to be guided.

As the body softens and the nervous system settles, we’ll move into a restorative sound bath with singing bowls, creating space to release tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect with yourself.

Honoring What Was • Welcoming What’s Becoming

Join us for our first Women’s Circle at Maui Scalar Room — an evening of reflection, connection and shared wisdom inspired by the energy of the equinox.

The equinox marks a moment of balance between light and darkness and offers a natural invitation to pause, take stock, and listen inward.

Together, we’ll explore:

What feels alive and growing in me?
What am I ready to release?
What do I want to make more room for in this next season?

Through guided reflection, journaling and intentional sharing, we’ll create space to honor where we’ve been while becoming more conscious of what we’re choosing next.

There is no pressure to share, no need to have answers, and no previous experience with women’s circles is needed. Come exactly as you are.

Sometimes we find our own wisdom by listening within. And sometimes we remember with one another.

Our hearts are still full. 💛

This weekend we celebrated three years of the Maui Scalar Room.

We laughed, shared stories, recognized the people who have helped build this place, filled our Memory Wall, welcomed new friends, and spent an afternoon simply enjoying this incredible community.

One message left on our Memory Wall has stayed with us:

“Come to the other side of hope.”

The Maui Scalar Room has never been built by just the two of us.

It has been built by every member who kept coming back, every volunteer who stepped in when we needed help, every facilitator who shared their gifts, every friend who encouraged us, and every person who believed in something bigger than themselves.

Thank you for helping build this place.
