🌿 WELLNESS WEDNESDAY IS GROWING 🌿
For the past three years, Wellness Wednesday has been one of the ways Pacific Birth Collective has shown up for our community, creating a space to receive care, reconnect with our bodies, bring our babies and keiki, and simply be held.
And now, we’re ready to let it grow. 🤍
We’ve learned a lot over these past few years. We’ve seen what works, what doesn’t, and most importantly, we’ve been listening to what our community needs.
So rather than offering the Wellness Wednesday every week, we’re creating more intentional ways to gather, connect + receive.
🌿 Monthly Receiving Days
Multiple practitioners, mini wellness sessions, keiki support, and appointments you can reserve ahead of time.
☕ Mama Mornings every Wednesday
An easy, casual place to come after school drop-off, bring your coffee or tea, bring your little ones, meet another mama, find resources, or simply spend some time together.
✨ Circle + Gather
Creative community gatherings where we can make things, share skills, learn from one another, and build relationships.
And more will continue to grow from here, including special postpartum and community offerings throughout the year.
We’re also making an important change to how we financially structure this care:
$0–$30 • PAY WHAT YOU CAN (Receiving Days & Circle + Gather)
Give what you can. Come even when you can’t.
There is no application or explanation needed. Our intention is that finances are never the reason someone cannot walk through the door and receive care or connection.
For those who have the ability to contribute, your support helps us continue compensating practitioners, providing keiki support, and making these spaces available to others.
We believe deeply that when we take care of our community, our community takes care of us.
The heart of Wellness Wednesday isn’t changing. We’re simply creating more ways for our community to access it.
🌺 STAY TUNED!
Over the next few weeks we’ll begin sharing upcoming dates, locations, practitioners + registration links.
Mahalo for showing up, growing with us, and helping us continue to imagine what community care can look like. 🤍
