A quick note to share that I am one of the 2006 10BEST Life/Health/Finance/Business Coaches as voted by readers of Natural Nutmeg magazine. As I was looking back, this is my third honor, and I am truly grateful to all my readers and clients.

It's a reflection of every person who trusted me with their thresholds: the ones stepping into a wedding vow, a career pivot, a pattern they were finally ready to release.
You showed up.
You did the work.
This recognition is yours as much as mine as I am honored to guide and companion through all the things that life brings.

Thank you to Natural Nutmeg, and thank you to everyone that keeps choosing to believe there's more beneath the surface - more capacity, more clarity, more coming home to yourself.

I want to share something a little embarrassing.

Last year, I was was named one of Natural Nutmeg's 10BEST in the Life Coach category.

My first reaction? Surprise. Full-on "wait, really? me?" surprise.

Which is funny, and a little humbling, because I spend my days helping people own who they are, recognize their worth, and celebrate their gifts without apology. And here I was, caught off guard by something I had genuinely worked hard for and deserved.

Here's what I've come to understand: the inner work is never really finished.
There's always another layer. And noticing where we still dim ourselves - that IS the work.

Last year I didn't even ask anyone to nominate me. This year I'm asking. Out loud. On purpose. Because it feels right, and easy, and deserved.

That's the shift.

Natural Nutmeg's 10BEST nominations are open now through September 1st. If my work has meant something to you, I'd be so honored if you'd nominate me in the Life Coach category.

👉 Head to www.naturalnutmeg.com and look for the popup that takes you right to the ballot. Find Life Coach and type Lauri Ingram. Link also in comments.

And please nominate any other healers or practitioners who've shown up for you too.

Recognizing each other is its own kind of practice. 💛
