There’s a lot that goes into making a clinic feel like more than just a doctor’s office, and we’re pretty lucky to have these two helping make that happen at True North Kalispell!

👋 Meet Jason Lamar, BSN, RN | Site Lead

Jason brings years of nursing experience, a strong background in healthcare leadership, and a genuine commitment to taking care of people.

He’s also a proud 🇺🇸 Marine Corps veteran, so service, teamwork, and looking out for others are second nature to him.

Whether he’s keeping things running behind the scenes or helping patients navigate their care, Jason is someone we’re grateful to have on our team.

👋 Meet Kenzie Hipolito, RMA | Registered Medical Assistant

A Flathead Valley native, Kenzie has spent more than 13 years caring for patients of all ages, from tiny newborns to our older generations.

She’s friendly, outgoing, and has a way of making people feel comfortable from the moment they walk through the door.

Kenzie brings plenty of clinical experience, but it’s her kind heart and down-to-earth personality that make her such a great fit for True North.

Together with Dr. Hipolito, Jason and Kenzie are creating the kind of place where you can ask questions, have a conversation, share a laugh, and know that the people caring for you genuinely care about you.

Dawn brings more than 10 years of healthcare experience right here in the Bitterroot Valley! Many of you may recognize her from her years at Bitterroot Health, where she gained extensive experience in primary care, urgent care, urology, and specialty medicine.

Beyond her impressive clinical background, Dawn brings a wealth of knowledge, a strong work ethic, and a genuine dedication to taking care of people.

🚨 MONTANA MEDICARE MEMBERS: Don’t assume your current plan will be there in 2027.

Important changes are coming:
• Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Montana will no longer offer Medicare Advantage plans.
• Aetna SilverScript Choice prescription drug coverage is also ending in Montana.

If you’re affected, review your options now to avoid a gap in coverage—especially for prescriptions.

📅 Medicare Open Enrollment begins TODAY, October 15, and runs through December 7. Changes take effect January 1, 2027.

Your checklist:
✅ Read any plan change or termination notices.
✅ Confirm coverage for your medications, pharmacy, doctors and hospitals.
✅ Compare total costs—not just the monthly premium.

NORMALIZING: Not waiting until something is wrong to pay attention to your health. 🧭

Think about how healthcare traditionally works.

You feel fine? Great! See you next year.

Your blood pressure is climbing? We’ll keep an eye on it.

You’re exhausted, gaining weight, or just don’t feel like yourself? Your labs look normal. You’re fine.

And sometimes, it’s not until something becomes a bigger problem that we start asking questions.

We think healthcare should work differently.
