We’re so proud to partner with Hamilton City School District on the Hamilton BLUEprint program!

Forty Hamilton High School students joined the Community First pre-apprenticeship program and took their first steps toward careers in Health, Humanities, and Human Services. Starting this December, they’ll be visiting our communities in person to see what this meaningful work looks like up close.

At Community First Solutions, we believe the future of caring for others starts right here at home. Welcome, Big Blue! We can’t wait to meet you.

Exciting news from Hamilton High School! Today, 40 Big Blue students gathered in the Nuxhall House to join the Community First pre-apprenticeship program.

Through our Hamilton BLUEprint partnership with Community First Solutions, these students are taking big steps toward bright futures:
• Exploring career pathways in Health, Humanities, and Human Services
• Learning about local community impact and employment opportunities
• Preparing for hands-on, on-site visits starting this December

This program gives our students real-world experience, connects them with local employers, and builds a clear path from high school to meaningful careers.

Few senior living communities get to share their campus with a preschool. At Westover Retirement Community in Hamilton, Colonial Schools has been a beloved neighbor for more than 40 years, giving generations of little ones a circle of "Grandfriends."

There's a reason our residents light up when they're working toward something together. Purpose, giving and connection are closely linked to well-being in later life, and we see it every day in our communities.

At Berkeley Square Hamilton, resident Barb Terry put her nonprofit experience and love of running to work to create an annual Memory Walk. She enlisted neighbors who eagerly added their own time and talents in support of their neighbors in Berkeley’s Memory Care Neighborhood. Read the full story:
