Bittersweet news to share today: Alli has accepted another position at a different studio!

We are so excited for her next chapter, but we are definitely going to miss the funky lil vibe she brought into our space. She’s officially MMS alum, and we’ll always be cheering her on and bumping her up wherever she lands.

Her last day with us is this Friday!

She still has a few open spots left on her table before she wraps up, so if you've been wanting to see her, grab those final times while they’re open.

Click the link here to get into the studio to bid her adeu! If you do, dont forget about her fabulous add ons from her side menu!

If you can’t make it in before Friday, don’t stress. We have all the DEETS coming later this evening on where she’s heading and how you can book with her directly at her new spot.

Drop some love in the comments and join us in wishing Alli the absolute best on her next adventure! 💜

What is a "Wellness Collective" anyway? (And why we think it's something special) 🌿✨

Following our announcement yesterday, a few folks asked what this actually means.

Going solo in bodywork can be terrifying. For newer or part-time therapists, the options usually stink: sign an expensive commercial lease alone, or work for a corporate chain that runs you ragged for $20 or less an hour.

A collective fixes that. We share a roof, split the heavy overhead, and operate as independent practitioners in an alliance. Here’s why it works:

💜 A Built-In Launchpad

Instead of startup debt and an empty schedule, practitioners step into fully equipped rooms backed by MMS’s established local presence to help fill their books from day one.

💜 Real Autonomy & Earning Power

Practitioners set their own rates, choose their hours, and keep 100% of their session fees. Total control over their work-life balance and physical longevity.

💜 Family, Mentorship & Collaboration

Solo practice can feel lonely. Here, we trade sessions, bounce tricky cases off each other, talk anatomy, and learn from one another’s strengths. It’s built-in community and mentorship.

💜 Better Care for You

When therapists aren't overworked or burned out, you get their absolute best work every time you're on the table.

Independence doesn’t mean doing it all alone. We’re creating a space where therapists thrive in business for themselves, but never by themselves.

Proud to try and build this table together! 💜✨

Something new is growing at Muscle, Mind & Soul! 🌿✨

Brei Here!

If you've ever been on my table while I've rambled about my someday dream, you already know it: a big old vibey house full of different wellness providers, all under one roof. A collective, if you will. Many of you also know I've been on the hunt for a bigger space to make that happen. We haven't found it yet, but I've been busy working behind the scenes in what I've been calling my "Streamline Before Growth" project folder, and one of the big pieces of that was taking a hard look at how we run things on the inside. What's coming next is a step toward that dream, right here where we are.

Starting November 1st, MMS is transitioning behind the scenes into a true Wellness Collective. What does that mean for you? Honestly? The experience you love stays the same! Same cozy building, same purple walls, same good music and healing energy.

The main change is that our wonderful practitioners will each be running their own independent booking links and calendars directly. We believe in supporting therapist growth and autonomy, and this gives everyone the space to truly flourish in their own business while still working together under our roof.

A few quick updates & happy news:
💜 Diane is BACK! She’s easing back in with sessions starting Saturday, September 26th, and settling into her regular routine through October. You can book with her right now through our regular schedule or by giving us a call/text!

💜 Reiki & Coaching: Dee is rocking right along as usual—her spot and links will stay right where they've always been.

💜 Booking Moving Forward: Over the next few weeks, our website and page will be getting a little tune-up to feature everyone’s bios and direct booking links so you can always find your favorite practitioner in one click.

Thank you all for being the best community we could ask for, and for trusting us with your bodies, your stress, and your stories. We can’t wait to grow with you!
