Participate in our "Yoga for Good" donation class on November 6th and 7th to support RHSPCA. This all-levels yoga and meditation class emphasizes community and well-being, with a suggested donation of just $1. Additionally, join our 6-week "Yoga for Strength and Stability" series starting October 17th, and take advantage of free nutrition consults this month. Explore our 200-hour yoga teacher training program beginning in January.

Our schedule is jam packed with options for you!
This is only possible because the talented people that share these gifts 🎁 decide to show up here week after week, class after class (with unpaid pre class training, planning, practicing, etc.) to deliver you workshops, classes, series, and direct training experience. Our teachers bring you over 100 collective years of learning, experience, and various physical challenges we’ve experienced so we can help you NOT to.
If you still need more support AFTER class, come to our private trainers in the gym, our Physical Therapist, or one of our two incredible massage therapists. Need less? Book a sauna session. We got you.
