Restore & Receive: A Restorative Yoga & Massage Experience

This 90-minute experience blends mindful yoga movement, supported restorative postures, therapeutic touch, and assisted stretching. Kelly will begin with gentle movement to warm the body and release tension before transitioning into supported postures and hands-on bodywork.
Throughout the class, Kelly and licensed massage therapist Leisa Conklin will provide individualized attention. Kelly will offer grounding compressions and supportive assists, while Leisa combines hands-on massage with Thai-inspired dynamic and static stretching. Using her entire body—including her hands and feet—Leisa will incorporate massage techniques, rhythmic compressions, and assisted movement.
This is not a completely passive experience. At times, you’ll move with Leisa’s inhale-and-exhale cues as she guides you into and out of deeper stretches. Because everyone’s edge is different, communication about depth and pressure is essential.
You’ll leave feeling as though you’ve received both a nourishing yoga practice and restorative bodywork focused on mobility and lengthening the muscles.
