It’s that time of year again!

We’re looking for local vendors for The Integrated Body Center’s 2nd Annual Holiday Open House on Saturday, December 5, from 10 AM to 2 PM!

Last year, we welcomed many wonderful vendors with jewelry, candles, baked goods, and more. This year, we have room for even more local talent!

We’d love to bring together local makers and small businesses for a festive day where our community can browse, discover your business, and shop local for Christmas.

That “knot” you keep rubbing may not actually be the problem.

Where you feel tension or discomfort isn’t always where it started. The body compensates. One area gets tight, another starts working harder, movement patterns change, and sometimes that spot that keeps bothering you is only part of the story.

Karmen Fuerstenberg brings together her experience as a Massage Therapist, Neurosomatic Specialist and Personal Trainer to look at the body as a whole, including how you move, where you compensate and what may be contributing to recurring tension or restriction.
