I love driving down the road and telling my husband “i watched a baby be born there.” And other birth workers do the same or just me?

934 miles in 7 days all in the name of birth work. This was NOT a normal week. I think I’m gonna need another whole week to recover😅

Spent the day learning, training and discussing all the emergency birth scenarios!

It’s national midwifery week and i couldn’t let the week pass without making a post about all the incredible midwives and student midwives i get to work alongside. These women are truly angels. Glorifying the Lord with every birth they walk into and literally washing the feet of the women they serve!

If you’re considering the midwifery model of care for your pregnancy i know a few!🩷

Mississippi midwives
Hattiesburg Midwifery
Heritage Birth Services
South Mississippi Midwifery

Student midwives
South Regional Doula and Birth Services (almost a CPM!)
Moonbeams Birth & Doula Services
Cassidy Sager
Emily Thompson

There’s plenty more who i haven’t had the pleasure to work with yet or don’t have pictures with!

This beautiful family just welcomed their 4th sweet baby into this world! I got to witness all the sweetness from the big siblings at their fresh 48 session, I can't wait to share!

It's oh so beautiful getting to walk along side families and capture mile stones with them!
