🔥 20 DAYS UNTIL WE STOKE OUR FIRE! 🔥
Was I supposed to do a 21-day countdown for a 21-day program? Yep. Did I start a day late? Also yep. 😂
But as one of my favorite mentors likes to say, we’re striving for progress, not perfection. And honestly, that’s a pretty fitting place to start.
🌶️ So, why Stoke Your Fire?
Because I want to teach you more than how to make a jar of fire c***r.
I want to teach you how to become more self-sufficient with the plants, ingredients, and resources available to you. How to understand what you’re making, why you’re making it, and how to build the skills to make it yourself instead of continually buying it off a shelf.
The goal isn’t to make you a better consumer of herbal products. It’s to help you become a more confident maker of them.
🌿 Why learn with me?
Anyone can become book-smart about plants. You can read the books, memorize the Latin names, and watch every tutorial on the internet.
But my niche in herbalism goes deeper than information you can Google or products you can purchase.
Rooted in Appalachian folk traditions, my approach is about reconnecting with ancestral knowledge, learning to observe the natural world, understanding the resources around us, and putting that knowledge into practice.
It’s about knowing how to do something with your own two hands, understanding the why behind it, and developing the confidence to keep learning long after our program ends.
🔥 Why 21 days?
Because knowledge is one thing. Putting it into practice is another.
Twenty-one days gives us time to learn, ask questions, explore ingredients, establish a routine, and start building skills that can serve us long after November.
We’re not promising to change your entire life in three weeks. We’re making room for small, meaningful steps toward greater self-reliance.
And fire c***r is just the beginning.
Imagine looking at your kitchen, your garden, or the plants growing around your home and seeing possibilities instead of another trip to the store.
Imagine passing those skills on to your children, sharing them with your community, and knowing how to make something yourself because someone took the time to teach you.
That’s the kind of knowledge worth keeping alive.
So let’s talk! 👇
🌶️ Have you ever made your own fire c***r, or do you usually buy it off the shelf?
🌱 What’s one herbal product you wish you knew how to make yourself?
🔥 If you could learn one skill to become more self-sufficient, what would it be?
Tell me in the comments! I want to know what you’re curious about.
