Tired of being tired? ☕️➡️⚡️

So many of my patients tell me they're running on coffee and willpower by 2 p.m. Stimulants push your body harder. The Energy3 Bundle supports energy at the root, inside your mitochondria, where your energy is actually made.

Three products, three jobs:
✨ MitoActive supports mitochondrial structure and helps your body build new ones
✨ BC-ATP helps your cells make and use ATP, your body's real fuel
✨ HydrOxygen supports oxygen-based energy production

There are no stimulants, so there's no crash. Take all three together before noon so they don't interfere with your sleep.

Y'all… our shelves are FULL of Rowe Casa Organics goodness and I'm a little obsessed. 🌿

If you've been wanting to clean up the products you use every day, this is such an easy place to start. No mystery ingredients, no synthetic fragrance overload, just clean, simple, small-batch products you can actually trust.

Here's some favorites:
🧺 Laundry detergent, dryer spray & stain remover
🛁 Bath salts, bath bombs, bubble bath & Deep Sleep soak
💪 Muscle rub, joint cream
✨ Body spray, hair care, lip care & face care

So much of what we put ON our bodies and IN our homes adds to our daily toxic load. Small swaps really do add up, and these make it feel good to start.

Come see us and grab a few favorites! Great for yourself, a teacher gift, or a little "just because" basket. 🎁

💙 Business Owner Challenge! 🚒

Lake Town Wellness just gave $100 to help open the new Child Safety Center right here in Heber Springs. I've had to send kids from my office out of town for these services, and I'm so glad that's about to change.

Now I'm challenging our local businesses: who will match it? 👊 Donate, then comment below so we can cheer you on!

🎄 CHALLENGE TIME! 🎄

Lake Town Wellness is kicking off a little community challenge to help FILL the Silent Night, Holy Night Silent Auction for Spark Community’s Jingle Bells & Horse Tails Christmas Festival! 🔔🐴❤️

We’re starting with a donation from Lake Town Wellness, and now we want to see how much our community can help this grow! 🎁

Here’s how you can help 👇🏼

✨ TAG a local business that you think would have something awesome to donate!
✨ SHARE this post to help us spread the word!
✨ Businesses can donate gift cards, merchandise, services, experiences, baskets… whatever represents your business!

And if you’re a business that decides to join in, post your donation and tag another local business to keep the giving going! ❤️

No pressure — just a fun way to get our community involved and hopefully make this silent auction AMAZING.

Every donation helps raise funds for Spark Community’s Hippotherapy Program, which makes this one extra special to me. 🐴❤️

As Board President of Spark Community, this organization is very close to my heart, and I’d love to see our community show up BIG for them. ❤️

Lake Town Wellness will also be a drop-off location for silent auction donations, so you can simply bring your donation by the clinic and we’ll make sure it gets to Spark! 🎁🙌🏼

Okay, Heber Springs… who should we tag?! 👀👇🏼

Let’s see how far we can make this go! 🎄✨
