Everyone is so kind and seems really invested in actually helping rather than making sales, which I find refreshing and perfect for these types of services. I feel totally comfortable, like I’m cared for when I’m there, and I never feel like anyone is trying to upsell me products or services just because they’re supposed to. It’s low-pressure to ask questions or express interest in different services which is not always the case in a med spa! Brynne, who is currently doing laser hair removal for me, is so sweet and friendly, always has great insight and recommendations for me, and makes me feel comfortable during treatments. Jen, the owner, is also awesome and was really helpful and willing to chat about so much during my initial consultation. This med spa feels different than others I’ve been to both in Missoula and here in Helena because the women working here seem invested in their clients and genuinely enjoy finding what works for people, considering everything from budget to lifestyle to comfort level. They’re not just going on trends or a general approach. It’s also lovely inside and feels like a little oasis here in the 6th ward :) I highly recommend Skin Bliss and I hope to return many, many times myself!"
