💨🪞 SMOKE & MIRRORS: REGULATION IS NOT PROHIBITION.
Let’s get one thing straight. 🌿
Responsible regulation protects consumers. Prohibition eliminates choices.
For years, Franny’s Farmacy has championed transparency, education, quality standards, and responsible practices in the h**p industry.
So why are lawmakers proposing restrictions that could wipe out the very businesses already doing things the right way?
With the December 11 federal h**p deadline approaching, we’re facing a 0.4 mg THC-per-container limit that threatens farmers, small businesses, jobs, and access to products consumers have come to rely on.
That’s not responsible regulation. That’s prohibition by dosage.
As the first woman to plant h**p in North Carolina, Franny knows what’s at stake. And she’s not staying quiet.
📖 Get the facts, cut through the nonsense, and read Franny’s Smoke & Mirrors blog series here

🔮 Witch, PLEASE.
We asked for sensible regulation. Somehow, prohibition ended up in the cauldron. 🧪
Franny didn’t become the first woman to plant h**p in North Carolina just to watch years of progress disappear in a puff of smoke.
We’re brewing up something stronger than a potion: education, advocacy, and a whole lot of determination. 🌿

🌿 HAPPY NATIONAL BUDTENDER DAY! 💚
Behind every great dispensary is a budtender who knows their plants, loves their community, and believes in the power of education.
Today, we’re celebrating the faces behind Franny’s Farmacy—the ones who answer your questions, share their knowledge, and help you find what works for you. 🌱
But this year, National Budtender Day hits a little differently.
With the looming federal h**p ban threatening our industry, we’re reminded that we’re not just fighting for plants and products. We’re fighting for people, livelihoods, and the communities we’ve built.
Our budtenders are more than employees. They’re educators, advocates, and an essential part of the h**p industry we’re working so hard to protect.
💚 To our Franny’s crew: WE SEE YOU. WE APPRECIATE YOU. AND WE’RE FIGHTING FOR YOU.
🌿 Regulation, not prohibition.
✊ Free the Plant. Protect the People.

💨🪞 SMOKE & MIRRORS: YOU’VE HEARD US. NOW ANSWER US.
When legislation is called “public safety,” shouldn’t the public get to see the evidence?
There’s a difference between regulation that protects consumers and restrictions that eliminate an industry.
Franny’s pulling back the curtain on the policies, politics, and promises shaping the future of h**p and cannabis.
We’re asking the hard questions. Following the facts. And separating sense from nonsense.
Because behind every policy are real people, real businesses, and real consequences.
⏳ December 11, 2026. The federal h**p deadline is approaching.
🌿 GET THE FACTS. SEE WHAT’S AT STAKE. MAKE YOUR VOICE HEARD.

🎃 Now you see them… soon you might not. 👀
Our Lotions & Potions sale is happening all October long! 🔮 25% off your favorite plant-powered potions.
But the real spooky story? The looming h**p ban threatens to take many of these products off the shelves in just a few months.
No magic wand can fix bad policy.
But our voices can make a difference. 🌿
Stop the cap. Save h**p. Free the plant.

🌿 REGULATION, NOT PROHIBITION. THE CLOCK IS TICKING.
As the first woman to legally plant h**p in North Carolina, Franny has spent years advocating for a responsible, regulated cannabis industry built on education, transparency, and accountability.
Now, with the December 11 federal h**p deadline approaching, everything we’ve worked to build is at risk.
This isn’t just about h**p. It’s about small businesses, farmers, jobs, consumer choice, and the future of an entire industry.
We believe in responsible regulation. We believe in protecting consumers. And we believe good policy should support the businesses doing things the right way — not push them out of existence.
We’ve been regulating since day one. We shouldn’t be prohibited out of existence.
