Congratulations to Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Pony Bird’s 2026 Outstanding Employer of the Year!

Pony Bird is proud to recognize managers Corey Wise (pictured holding the plaque), Eric Spies, Phil Wester, Faith Smith, and Alicia Ratliff for creating a workplace where employees can grow and succeed.

We also celebrate Sara Norton (left), who started Cracker Barrel in 2024 and earned Skills Trainer recognition; Christine Bentrup (right), who started in 2025 and also earned Skills Trainer recognition; and Jacob Brinkley, a dedicated dishwasher since 2014. Their achievements are a wonderful example of what inclusive employment can accomplish.
