A guarantee of a "complicated, free result" is a red flag. So is a surgeon who won't walk you through scars, recovery, and trade offs.

Does your seatbelt cut into your neck after a breast augmentation?

This usually means the implant is sitting too high because the original surgery didn't create enough room in the lower breast. During a revision, I create a new pocket and move the implant into a better position, so the seatbelt sits where it should.
