All preparations to help protect our offices are being performed.
If you are ill or showing any symptoms of any illness, you should absolutely stay home for the safety of others and yourself.
Top things you can be doing to boost your immunity:
1. Get adjusted - Adjustments are clinically proven to increase T-cell counts, which are a major contributor in fighting viral infections.
2. Stay on plan. Adding sugar back in decreases the effectiveness of the immune system. We are available to chat by phone, email. We can have your food ready for you if you just need to grab and go. This virus will not stop our weight loss!
3. Take Vitamin D3- D3 is an anti-viral. For example, Dr. Mick takes between 10k-20k during this time.
4. Drink filtered water and get enough sleep- toilet paper and paper towels won't save you in a crisis. Water and good nutrition can.
5. Don't Panic- The US is a country that has unprecedented access to food, and most people don't require mass transit to get to work. Densely populated areas are at most risk.

Thank you to Dr. Mick, Suzanne, at Recharge Nutrition in Herndon, VA! I've lost 30 lbs to date with their help. Checking in every week, getting to know the team and other great clients (I mean you Andre) has made all the difference. I had tried several diets in the past, but could not get the weight to come off and stay off. This was easy to follow and maintain. I now weigh slightly less than when I got married 17 years ago.
