Bodywork by Claudia Osman My focus is on relieving chronic and acute health issues using Body Code energy work and massage occasionally. I believe both are necessary for inner health.

Fibromyalgia, Lyme, auto immune “diseases”, reproductive issues, etc can be treated energetically. I was trained at BOD-E-Work School of Massage Therapy in Atascadero, CA. My school was Eastern in influence, for which I am grateful. It taught me a whole concept of health; mind-body-spirit. My massage techniques include a variety of modalities to include the mind-body-spirit concept. I am very interested in addressing one's qi as well as nutrition. I am capable of massage for relaxation with gentle pressure and also focused problem solving massage with deep pressure. My work alleviates chronic issues, joint issues, some arthritis, injuries, and athletic injuries. I can also correct problems associated with surgeries and scarring. I believe daily exercise and good nutrition are vital.

Suffering with headaches or migraines? Energy work got rid of a lifetime of frequent pain for me. After having a head injury at age 5 I would get headaches often. The older I got the more frequent and intense they became. Always the same location, although the pain could be all over too. I could also take a lot of pain medication with no results. Feeling stiff and a restricted range of motion? A lot of people assume it’s age. It’s most likely related to an old injury. Sometimes it can be a small injury that’s barely been noticed. Energy work combined with massage is an excellent way to address it. Energy work can release the residual inflammation that creates pain and release the pain. The massage style I provide lengthens the soft tissues. We can correct the gait that has become imbalanced after years of compensation. When that is addressed the body can move appropriately. This is why sometimes massage doesn’t do it. Energy work looks at chakra and acupuncture meridian imbalances that are affected as well. When everything gets balanced the body can heal itself

Big storms coming this week for a lot of the east. If you’re vulnerable to low barometric pressure with headaches, migraines and sinus pain reach out, (also joint pain)Energy work can help reduce and or eliminate the pain. I suffered an enormous amount of my life from head pains. And I could take a whole bottle of whatever pain reliever with zero help from it. Body Code energy work has eliminated 97% of headaches. I rarely ever get one. We have a phone call, find out the history of it, I do a remote session and then we go from there to see when we should work again. EASY.

Yesterday on the Elliot in the Morning show they were talking about intuition and clairvoyance. People were calling in with their experiences but largely there was a lot of confusion and misunderstanding about it. Having grown up as intuit it can be overwhelming. Simply put intuition is an ability to receive information about others and the world around us. It’s instinct. It is a skill set. Without context one can think they’re crazy. A lot of us have this ability and many can learn it. When you feel like someone doesn’t exactly like you but are super nice to your face, that’s your intuition. As children we are taught if you can’t see it, touch it, connect the dots, etc. it doesn’t exist and isn’t real. Using intuition can be life saving. If you’d like to wake up your intuitive abilities reach out! It’s empowering. It’s fascinating and works in your favor. It’s how I earn a living facilitating healing for people and animals. It’s a whole other world separate from doctors and science.

This is a picture of an aura (kind of). It is a bioelectromagnetic field around our body. When we are around toxic people, others that are upset or negative, their energies can breach our energy field resulting in us feeling the same emotions, feeling their specific pains or actually get us sick. Quite often we can know this about someone intuitively just by feeling and sensing them. This is disruptive to our bodies. Reach out if you’re vulnerable to said energies. I’ve worked with a lot of people and animals this week that take in these energies and they’re literally drain by them. Energy work helps to restore your authenticity and agency so you can walk though life unaffected by others’ energies. We all have enough on our plates without having to cope with someone else’s. Recovering from surgery can be challenging. Sometimes people deal with bouts of depression and hopelessness. There is a lot of data to support medications related to surgeries causing depression, especially with the older crowd. Massage and energy work can release these toxicities. They can also facilitate the body to heal more rapidly. Energy work is amazing for pain relief. A combined approach gets you back to your lifestyle much sooner than without.
