Last Friday, I had the absolute privilege of collaborating with Flavia Nazareth to lead a nervous system-informed training at The Piedmont School. We dove deep into understanding behavior through a developmental and nervous-system lens, practical strategies for co-regulation, and how creating space for safety and connection helps build true capacity for learning in the classroom.
