💕 On Wednesdays, We Wear Pink! 💕

Yesterday, our Oriol Health Care Business Office team came together in pink to show their support for Breast Cancer Awareness Month! 🎀

October is a time to raise awareness, honor those affected by breast cancer, celebrate survivors, and remember the importance of early detection.

We love seeing our team come together for a meaningful cause — and looking pretty great in pink while doing it! 💗

💜 Everyone has a story… and we’re so lucky to hear some from these wonderful residents!

This past week at Oakdale Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center, our Activities team hosted a special “I Once Was A…” afternoon, giving residents an opportunity to share memories of their past careers and life experiences.

From nurses and nursing aides to firefighters, truck drivers, hairstylists, and more, each story offered a glimpse into the lives, accomplishments, and experiences that make our residents who they are today.

These moments remind us how much there is to learn from one another and how meaningful it is to take the time to listen. 💚

A special thank you to our Oakdale Activities team for organizing such a thoughtful afternoon, and to our wonderful residents for sharing a little piece of their stories with us!

🐾 Homemade with Love at Holden Rehab! 💜💚

Our residents at Holden Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center have been busy putting their creativity and kindness to work through Care for Paws Community Outreach! 🐶❤️

With a little mixing, rolling, and plenty of helping hands, residents came together to make homemade dog treats for our four-legged friends!

Activities like these bring more than just fun to the table. They create opportunities for connection, creativity, teamwork, and the joy of doing something meaningful for others.

We love seeing our residents share their talents and give back in such a paws-itively wonderful way! 🐾

🍪 Lovin’ from the Oven at Oakdale! 💜💚

There's always something sweet happening at Oakdale Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center!

Today, our residents and Activities Team rolled up their sleeves, mixed up some fun, and worked together to make a batch of homemade chocolate chip cookies! 🍪

From stirring the dough to sharing smiles, it's activities like these that bring people together, spark memories, and make everyday moments a little sweeter.

A big thank-you to our Oakdale Activities Team for creating opportunities for our residents to stay engaged, have fun, and enjoy the simple pleasures of home. 💜
