You are invited to a Family Constellations Workshop.

This is a space where we will gently look at what might be blocking you in your relationships, health, or finances. Sometimes our struggles don’t actually start with us. We unconsciously repeat the stories of those in our family who experienced hardship, rejection, or loss.

Out of loyalty, we often carry what is not ours… trying to give them a place in the system.
But what doesn’t belong to us doesn’t bring ease - it keeps us stuck.

During this workshop, you’ll have a chance to see this more clearly
and begin to release what isn’t yours to carry.

Zapraszam Cię na warsztat Ustawień Systemowych.

To spotkanie, na którym przyjrzymy się temu, co może Cię blokować w relacjach, zdrowiu czy finansach. Czasem nasze trudności nie zaczynają się od nas. Powtarzamy historie tych osób z naszej rodziny, którym było ciężko, którzy doświadczyli odrzucenia czy straty.

Z lojalności, często nieświadomie, bierzemy na siebie ich ciężary… próbując „przywrócić im miejsce”.
Tylko że to, co nie należy do nas, nie daje lekkości - tylko zatrzymuje.

Na tym warsztacie zobaczysz to wyraźniej.
I zrobisz krok w stronę oddania tego, co nie jest Twoje.

Breaking Invisible Patterns
Group Family Constellations Workshop

Many people hear the word “constellations” and immediately think about astrology.
Let me clarify:

This has nothing to do with horoscopes or star charts.

Family (Systemic) Constellations are a therapeutic and experiential method that helps reveal hidden dynamics within families and relational systems, patterns that often unconsciously influence our relationships, self-worth, career, and life choices.

If you notice in your life:
- repeating relationship conflicts
- similar challenges with partners
- blocks around success or finances
- a feeling that “something is holding me back”

there is a possibility that the roots of it, did not start with you.

During this workshop, you will:

• learn what a family system is and why belonging deeply matters
• understand unconscious loyalties and invisible bonds
• explore why certain patterns keep repeating
• see how family history can influence the present
• experience a live systemic work

This method is grounded in observing relational patterns, emotional dynamics, and systemic principles, not astrology, not magic, not telepathy.

It is a safe, educational, and experiential space for those who want deeper self-awareness and a new perspective on their life patterns.
