They said I was insane. They said it was “woo-woo.” They told me to just take my kids to the doctor (𝘸𝘦 𝘥𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘰𝘰, 𝘣𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘺).
One viral video. Millions of views. And a comment section that had a LOT of opinions about me salting my kiddos.
𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁.
𝙒𝘽𝙕 𝙉𝙚𝙬𝙨𝙍𝙖𝙙𝙞𝙤 reached out. Then 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗴𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗲. The 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐘𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐭. 𝗗𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗗𝗼𝘁. 𝑨𝑶𝑳 𝑵𝒆𝒘𝒔. 𝗡𝗲𝘄𝘀𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸. 𝙉𝙚𝙬 𝙔𝙤𝙧𝙠 𝙏𝙤𝙙𝙖𝙮 Health.
From trolls to national media coverage and I’m still standing in my little salt studio in Holliston, MA trying not to cry.
Because this was never about going viral. This was about a mom with lifelong asthma, who built something so her son and kids in our community could breathe a little easier.
I want to say thank you from the absolute bottom of my heart to our CANēY community. YOU are the reason any of this matters. You showed up before anyone was watching. You trusted us with your families. You are everything.
And a very special thank you to for coming into our studio with so much kindness and genuine curiosity. You didn’t come in with an agenda. You came in to listen, to learn, and to help shine a bright, beautiful light on halotherapy for kids and its real potential benefits. That means the world to me.
If you’ve been curious, if you’ve been on the fence, if that video made you go “wait… what IS that?”

➤ comment “𝗦𝗮𝗹𝘁 𝗠𝘆 𝗞𝗶𝗱𝗱𝗼𝘀” below and I’ll DM you a link to find a halotherapy studio near you.
