Your medical records are safe and accessible:
All Manakai clinical notes, lab results, and other records are available for viewing/printing from your MyChart account with Hawaii Pacific Health. These records will be available on MyChart even after Manakai’s closure on 5/31/26. If you have issues logging into your MyChart, you can contact MyChart Support Line at (808) 535-7725 (Oahu).
Most providers in Hawaii and on the mainland use EPIC, which means your records from Manakai can be located seamlessly by any new provider.
