Announcement update on yoga.

Steph has decided to take additional time off with her new baby. She said she will see how things are after the first of the year but for now yoga is cancelled on Monday nights.

As much as it hate to make this post I feel it’s necessary.

I have had several no call no shows over the last month. My time is valuable if not to others it is to me. It’s something we can’t get more of no matter what.

It also takes a slot away from someone who would have shown up.

With that being said, if you make an appointment and do not call (at least 2 hours in advance) or show I will be charging half of that appointment before you can make another appointment.

I try to be flexible to work for your schedule and mine.
