Behind this milestone are years of treating complex conditions, developing clinical programs, educating future clinicians in university settings, and leading healthcare services across both public and private sectors. Now, I’m bringing that experience to my own specialized hand and upper-extremity practice here in Hopewell.

As an Occupational Therapist and Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), my commitment is to deliver scientifically rooted, specialized care built around you, your goals, and your life.

Your injury is unique, and so are your daily activities. Your therapy should be too.

I’m incredibly grateful to our NJ State Assemblywoman Reynolds-Jackson, Mayor Ryan Kennedy, the Montgomery Business Association, the Downtown Hopewell Business Association, my fellow business owners, my best friend since 8th grade, my husband, and my father for celebrating this milestone with me. Your support made this day truly special.

Did you know that handwriting challenges may show up in more ways than you might expect?

Letter and number reversals, difficulty recognizing or interpreting mathematical symbols, difficulty with formation, spacing, sizing, or getting written work onto a page may all be signs that a child may benefit from additional support.

At My Mobile Therapists, our approach draws from a variety of clinical experiences, multi-sector training, and standardized assessments. We’re also proud to be a Handwriting Without Tears® Certified Handwriting Specialist Provider.

Custom splint fabrication after tendon repair.

Every detail matters in the early stages of post operative care: the position of the hand, the fit of the splint, and the plan for recovery. Most importantly, of course, is the person behind it all. ❤️

Not all finger stiffness is “just stiffness”
This case involved delayed rehab, painful motion, and Dupuytren’s-like tissue found on biopsy, meaning treatment had to be strategic, not aggressive or generic.

We gained 21° improvement in total active finger motion in one session.

This is why individualized, one on one hand therapy matters.

In just a few in-home OT treatment sessions, we saw meaningful change in handwriting through targeted intervention, graded support, and a strong therapeutic connection built with this child.

We focused on improving hand strength, coordination, and confidence while meeting them exactly where they were and building from there. As skills developed, I gradually reduced supports and more functional writing emerged.

Progress like this is never just about technique. It is about trust, consistency, and individualized care.
